heb is a Nottingham-based chartered surveyors. The company has grown rapidly and is headed by three directors – Matthew Hilton, Jonathan Emmerson and Jonathan Bishop. Heb is one of the key chartered surveyors in Nottingham but also carries out work across the Midlands and into the North East.
To raise the profile of the partners and the work that heb does, both regionally and in the trade press. To develop the reputation of heb through regular coverage in a variety of press, to maintain enquiries and interest about heb by making sure their work is well publicised in appropriate media.
Cartwright Communications implemented a careful strategy to gain maximum coverage for heb. This involved building contacts with the key journalists across the Midlands both at the regional newspapers and in the trade press, informing them of heb and the work they do. Press releases are regularly issued to keep journalists aware of their news and projects, as well as opportunities in trade press being sourced and getting the three directors featured for comment in trade magazines and papers. Cartwright Communications has worked on applications for business and property awards – both regionally and nationally.
In 2008, heb was Midlands Commercial Property Company of the Year – a real accolade for this firm which was pitted against more established players in the industry. heb is a regular in the regional press including the Nottingham Evening Post, Leicester Mercury, Lincolnshire Echo and Derby Evening Telegraph. heb also features frequently in Midlands trade press such as Business East Midlands, Midlands Business Insider, Property East Midlands, Property News Midlands and Inside Business. National coverage includes Estates Gazette, Property Week and Property.
