Knights is a fast-paced business that demanded a highly targeted approach that would raise the profile of its specialist services, highlighting it as a key employer and increasing its online presence via social media. Establishing CEO David Beech as a leader in his field and other office heads within their regions was also an important focus.
A focus was placed on corporate news stories such as mergers and acquisitions and major deals; expert comment and thought leadership articles targeted towards national and trade journalists; developing and implementing social media protocol and templates to ensure a consistent tone of voice. We also provided internal communications support surrounding the launch of a new intranet system.
