BRIEF

In order to support PR activity around Lovell Homes’ newest housing development in the Midlands – Somerford Park in Brewood – additional social media support was implemented to promote viewings and property reservations.

Background

We were tasked with promoting Lovell Homes newly-launched show home in the Midlands to a digital audience.

Approach

Collaborate with micro influencers, Elliot and Matt, who share new build home tours on YouTube to an audience of more than6,400 subscribers 

Create a video tour around ‘The Windsor’ show home with Elliot and Matt 

Support with paid social advertisements on YouTube  

Results

Almost 20,000 views generated across Elliot and Matt’s home tour videos  

31 click-throughs and 10.5k impressions generated by the YouTube advert   

18% of people watched the video for 30 seconds or more  

A low average cost per view of 7p
