To support Lincolnshire-based housebuilder Chestnut Homes with its sales, we created and launched an ambitious two-month digital promotion campaign to support its “Awesome Autumn Sale”.
Running across September and October, our campaign strategy saw us creating, building and deploying content and ads across various digital channels.
This included a range of branded creatives for a variety of channels, which incorporated a logo for the ‘Awesome Autumn Sale’ for each of the developments and a selection of featured plots. Meanwhile, a landing page was built with clear calls to action and details of the sale and competition.
Meta ads targeted users in the Lincolnshire area, utilising carousels, static images, story placements and videos, while Google display ads were also deployed. We also created and designed a Rightmove email campaign to advertise the sale and featured plots.
In-depth reporting on conversions, reach, impressions and clicks showed that we reached an audience of more than 37,000 across our Meta ads, achieved more than 12,000 impressions from the Google ads. More than 70 conversions took place, including 60 phone calls and 16 form submissions, and achieved a 3.5% click-through-rate – surpassing the average of 0.71% from the previous campaign.
