As part of our 2023 PR strategy, the roundtable was a pilot event that aimed to offer new business opportunities and to strengthen existing relationships, as well as generate a social media buzz and coverage in the media. We worked closely with the CPW team deciding to host the event on International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) but focusing the conversation on tackling sustainability, retrofitting and the next generation. We then organised and hosted the event, which was held at CPW’s new Birmingham city centre office. 


The roundtable was a resounding success, receiving really positive feedback from attendees both on the day and online. We shared the event across social media, generating more than 3,200 impressions and 100 reactions. We also issued a press release to regional and trade media, garnering six pieces of coverage with a reach of almost 336,000.
