BACKGROUND

Efficiency North is a membership-owned and led consortium of social housing providers. Across its branches, it provides a range of professional services that save time and money, add social value and support social and economic regeneration in communities across Northern England.

APPROACH

We operate as a press office for Efficiency North to ensure its key message is communicated to the trade, regional and national press.

Focusing on company news, executive team expertise and apprentice success stories, our strategy involves a range of content creation from press releases to features and media ops. We utilise our existing journalist relationships and focus on new ones in publications important to the client.

RESULTS

We have secured consistent coverage in trade publications in the first three months, which has led to interviews for the executive team with key titles – reaching the goal of enhancing the profile of more thought leaders from the business.

Further to trade press, we have also had stories in regional print and online publications across the areas Efficiency North operates in the North. One key success to date is an ongoing organic partnership with The Sun to promote apprenticeships and opportunities in the UK, leading to three features to date.
