BACKGROUND
Gascoines is a Nottinghamshire-based estate agency with 70 years of experience in its field. The family-run business provides both sales and letting services across the region.
We currently provide social, digital and public relations services for its team. Specifically, we were tasked with supporting Gascoines in bringing a unique £1.5 million property to the market to draw attention from the right buyers.
APPROACH
For this property, we used a multi-channel approach to reach a maximum audience. Our team toured the home and interviewed the owners who designed the property. The house had a story to tell with many sustainable features throughout.
To showcase the property, we issued a press release to regional and national consumer press, enhanced website content for the listing and optimised social media content. We also created a varied social media series, incorporating both static posts and video content to maximise audience reach.
