Long-standing CC client, GT3 Architects tasked us with leading all comms around its exciting strategic alliance with US-based global design firm Sasaki. As well as ensuring all earned media and owned channels were managed, our team was on hand to support the announcement to staff in Newcastle, Nottingham, Boston, Denver, New York and Shanghai. 


The project began with the creation of a detailed comms plan to ensure a fully coordinated announcement across both firms and international locations. It was also important that the collaboration remained confidential until launch day. 

We utilised our broad range of services to create an official announcement video that featured representatives from GT3 and Sasaski, filmed both in London and Boston. Photography to create excitement and sell the story was also completed.  

A calendar of organic social media content was created in addition to optimised blogs, press releases that were then issued and covered in trade, business and regional press, and the completion of interviews and thought-leadership pieces. 


The result was the successful engagement of teams across two UK locations and in Boston through a coordinated presentation that had creative video and photography as its centre.  

Plus, UK-wide press coverage and external engagement with CC created content with results such as 120 blog post sessions, 3,000 video impressions, and more than 3,000 social media post impressions on the launch morning.
