Cartwright worked with Knights for three years at a pivotal time when the firm had set out its ambitious strategy for growth. Our brief was to raise the profile of Knights’ non-legal and specialist services and position the company as a leading professional services business. As well as establishing Knights as a key employer in each of its regional locations and nationally, we helped raise the profile of its dynamic CEO David Beech.
We developed a long-term integrated PR and marketing plan including the creation of corporate news stories such as profit growth, mergers and acquisitions and major deals.
Cartwright helped the marketing team launch a major internal project to its 500 staff. The new intranet was a significant tool which required buy-in from teams across six regional offices. We delivered a short talking head video featuring David Beech to deliver the message to staff as well as a number of key communications.
We increased the company’s online presence as well as followers on Twitter and its LinkedIn page significantly.
