We provide ongoing PR and social media services across several regions for the UK housebuilder Lovell Homes. The company wanted to engage local buyers and promote its available properties following successful development launches in the West Midlands region. We devised a Halloween competition campaign, encouraging residents to share their spooky pumpkin designs in return for the chance to win a hamper.  


Focusing on a multi-channel approach, we worked with Lovell to produce a press release adapted to each hyper-local area to gain optimum press coverage. We also produced a range of organic social media posts and a bespoke hashtag for the campaign so we could track the entries.  


In just 10 days, we secured five pieces of regional coverage highlighting the competition and Lovell’s available properties. Our social media posts reached 3,900 accounts, leading to 25 competition entries which were then utilised as usergenerated content, furthering the impact of the campaign.
