We worked with the head of innovation at leading procurement framework provider Pagabo to produce a research-led whitepaper showcasing insights from construction industry leaders on the biggest challenges the sector faces. Reflecting findings showing that solutions to the barriers lie in collaboration, the 20-page whitepaper report was dubbed ‘The Collaboration Transformation’.
Working with the head of innovation, we extrapolated the key narrative points from the direct interview survey data collated and agreed the structure for the whitepaper, with all narrative linking into the need for a data-sharing revolution.
Our content specialists then got to work crafting engaging copy, separated into four key sections to shape the survey findings- skills and retention, health and safety, net zero, and building a construction community. It was then over to our design specialists to produce a visually attractive design for the report in keeping with Pagabo’s distinctive brand identity.
A targeted comms plan was produced to ensure a coordinated multi-channel launch for the report, with our team supporting with website and social media consultancy and copy to prompt views of the report. We also ensured the inclusion of the participants of the survey, sharing the report with them and their comms teams with the release plans ahead of time so they could maximise the launch. Meanwhile, an advanced embargo copy was shared with gold target publications, meaning that the report findings were published on Building Magazine within 2 minutes of the main launch.
The whitepaper was well received across the sector, being amplified by including the comms team of contributor organisations. A targeted trade focus for the media resulted in the whitepaper and its findings being published across key gold titles including Building Magazine. Exclusive commentary was also produced for Construction News to accompany the report findings, and a total of 11 backlinks were secured from 9 pieces of targeted coverage.
