BACKGROUND

Place by Pinnacle Group is a new sub-brand of nationwide facilities management provider Pinnacle Group. Its aim is to leverage its legacy, credibility and extensive infrastructure in the public sector to enter the growing Build to Rent (BTR) sphere within the private sector. 

APPROACH

We set out to create a new identity that was homogenous with the parent brand, yet able to stand alone in an increasingly competitive UK BTR market. Following a number of brand workshops, we produced concepts and brand names to target both the end consumer as well as a corporate, investor facing market.

RESULTS



After discussion, the team at Pinnacle Group chose to focus on the investor market for this new brand. Once the name was established, we were tasked with developing a narrative and brand story that would resonate with the BTR market from a B2B perspective. We considered the future of the sector and competitor offerings to ensure it would ultimately stand the test of time.
