FHP Living is a leading residential sales and letting agent in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, dedicated to providing a specialist and individual approach in the search for the perfect property. FHP Living has offices in Nottingham and launched an office in West Bridgford in 2011.

Objectives


FHP Living appointed Cartwright Communications to launch the opening of its West Bridgford office. The aim was to raise the profile of the new office and its team. After the buzz around the launch, Cartwright continued working with FHP Living to supply industry comments and feature articles on star properties.

Strategy and tactics


Cartwright devised a two-prong strategy. The first stage was to supply localised industry comments about topical national stories such as first time buyers, the stamp duty concession and historic low interest rates. The second stage focused around individual property case studies which FHP Living had brought to the market.


Cartwright adopts a unique ‘news room’ approach to writing property case studies. Working like journalists, telephone interviews are arranged with each vendor. This enables Cartwright to ask the right questions, as well as finding out quirky information about the property. The interview information is then turned into interesting news copy that is used in a range of publications.

Results


Cartwright is achieving excellent results with regular front page stories, star property features and stand out opinion pieces in the Nottingham Post, West Bridgford People, Nottinghamshire Life & Countryside and Nottinghamshire Today.
